Fulfilment Complete and What We're Up To

Ahoy Backers,
Well, we're happy to say that other than a small number of packages still making their way to backers, we have completed fulfilment for Endeavor: Age of Expansion. We wanted to take this opportunity to thank each an every one of you for your pledge, and for being so patient with us during this very difficult time. It would have been so easy for you to get frustrated with the process. But you remained calm, and for that we are forever grateful.
Replacement Parts
There have been so few requests for replacements for this campaign. We keep wondering if we actually did it; did we actually make a game that required only a few replacements? This amazes us. That being said, if you have components that need replacement please make sure that you email us at [email protected] with a detailed list and photos of what you need replaced. We'll make sure to get it out to you ASAP. We will continue to send out requests already made.

Fulfilment Continues, German Exploit Rulebooks, and Replacement Parts

We hope that you are doing well. This is a very brief update.
Fulfilment Continues
We are finding that people are still receiving their Endeavor: Age of Expansion to this very day. Fulfilment has been so unpredictable because of Covid-19. If you are in South/Central America, EU, and even parts of Asia, it is still possible that your games will arrive at any time.
German Language Backers
Daniel from Board Game Circus tells us that the German rulebooks for the Exploits will be going out to you this Friday. My guess is that you can expect them next week. Thank you so much for your patience.
Replacement Parts
Amazingly, there have been very few requests for replacement parts this time around. I have to hand it to Bang Wee! They have done a phenomenal job. If, by chance, your game is missing something or if you need a part replaced, please contact [email protected], and we'll make sure to take care of you.

Continued EU Shipping and German Games

We wanted to thank you so much for your continued patience with the current state of fulfillment in the EU, Germany, and the Rest of the World.
We have been keeping an eye on all of it very closely, and have some updates for you today.
EU/Rest of the World Fulfillment
We know that most of you have already received your games. Many of you have not. We asked previously for you to wait until the end of June before you contact us to see if your game has been dispatched. In fact, all games have been dispatched, but some have not arrived yet. I have confirmation that games are still being delivered. So if you could please hang on just a couple of more weeks before you contact us to check on your game for you, we'd more than appreciate it. Covid-19 has really thrown a wrench into the system.
German Fulfillment
Great news German language backers! Your games are beginning to fulfill tomorrow. Daniel, from Board Game Circus has confirmed that your games should be leaving the warehouse beginning tomorrow. They have decided to work through Saturday to get all of the games out to you. We are so excited for you.

European and RoW Fulfilment

Ahoy Backers,
While most of the world already has their Age of Expansion, there are some people who have yet to receive their games. It has been a wild ride for us here at the Age of Sail/Expansion headquarters, trying to get these games to you. The spread of Covid-19 has put us all in a pickle. Shipping worldwide has been unpredictable and in certain regions, unbelievably more expensive than it was before this worldwide pandemic.
If you are in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or the UK and do not have your game yet, you need to contact us and let us know. You should have received your games already. If you are expecting a Spanish game, please contact Maldito if you haven't received your game.
Europe
Some of you have asked why we sent your games out to you without tracking. This is a very good question, and we'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that this is not a typical practice for us. In fact, we always spend the extra few dollars to make sure that your games are tracked so that you know where they are and when they will arrive. This time around, we had to forgo the tracking to some countries. We did this because the surcharge that arose just when it was time to send out the games to some countries would have made us lose a lot of money on this project. We are hopeful that when the next project rolls around, these surcharges will disappear and we will once again be able to offer tracked shipping.
While most of Europe has had their games sent out to them, with a notification from GamesQuest on the 15th and 16th of May, many of you have yet to receive your games. Royal Mail typically advises that 20 **business** days must pass before an item is considered lost, as items usually appear within this time. That would take you to at least June 12th.
However, Royal Mail is currently advising customers to expect delays shipping to many countries due to disruptions caused by COVID-19, so they also suggested that you may want to wait a couple of weeks extra as the order may still turn up in that time. Next steps with regards to a replacement can be decided then, if the order still does not turn up.
We want you to get your game, but we're asking you to continue to be patient during these challenging times. We have received numerous notes about 'missing' shipments that have arrived shortly thereafter. If you have not yet received your game and it has been 6 weeks since your GamesQuest notification, please follow up with us then.
Germany

Where We Are With Fulfillment

While the world is in lockdown, much has happened over the last month. We want to begin first by saying that if you or your family has been touched by Covid-19, you are in our hearts. We wish you all the best, good health, and happiness.
EU/UK Fulfillment
Your games/Expansions are at GamesQuest, and have been for months. Unfortunately, GamesQuest had been on lockdown for about that long. The good news is that they are slowly getting back to work. And the last I have heard from them, we are next in line to have our games shipped out. If you want immediate updates, please see the ShipQuest blog here. Address changes have been closed for a long time. Once you get your confirmation that your game is shipping, please check the address carefully. Once the game has left the warehouse, you will incur extra shipping charges if it needs to bereturned and then redeployed.
Spain/Spanish Endeavor
Wonderful news to report ... all of your games left Maldito two weeks ago. And since their courier delivers in 24 hours, you should have received them already if you live in Spain. If you do not live in Spain, I would wait until the end of May to tell Maldito if you have yet to receive your game. You can contact them at [email protected].
Germany
Good news for German backers! Your games are on their way to Germany. They should be there by June 4th. Board Game Circus and Frosted has said that the games will take one week to get from the port to their warehouses. They will begin shipping them to you in the middle of June. Yay! Progress.
US/Canadian Fulfillment
Orders leaving the Quartermaster warehouse have been completed. If you have not received your game, it doesn't mean that it isn't coming. Some games are taking longer than others to get there. We have been so amazed at how patient everyone has been. Please continue to be patient. If your game doesn't get to you by the beginning of June, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Australia/New Zealand
You definitely should have received your game by now. If you have not, please let us know. We'll find out why.
RoW
The rate at which the RoW games are received by backers is always varied. We have no way of knowing if you are going to be getting your games in 1 day, 1 month, or 3 months at this point. Especially backers from South and Central America as well as the Middle East. Our fingers are crossed that it will be soon.
