Fulfillment

Canada/US Backers

Fulfillment commenced yesterday! Yes, Quartermaster Logistics tells us that they began the fulfillment process, and your Expansions/Games should be going out any time now. Watch out for an email from them with a tracking number. Please wait 2 weeks before contacting us because you have not received your email/game. Sometimes, one or two stragglers get left behind. They will get out to you.

Asia/South & Central America/RoW

Fulfillment has also commenced for you! Yes, that means VFI is beginning to ship your games. Some of you live in places that it will take a long time to get to. You will all get your games!

EU/UK

Gamesquest is still shut down due to the Coronavirus. Please be patient. They have your games, and will begin shipping when they get back to work. 

Australia/New Zealand

If you are from either of these two countries, you should have already received your Expansions/games. If you have not, please get in contact with us either by DMing us, or by emailing [email protected]. We'll take care of you.

Worldwide Fulfillment Update for March

Ahoy Backers! We have received some news from our amazing fulfillment partners around the world, and we'd like to update you about your Endeavor: Age of Expansion pledges. 

Aetherworks in Australia has sent out all games. This doesn't mean you'll all have them yet. But they have left the warehouse. If you don't have yours yet, it's on its way.

Quartermaster in the US received your games on March 23rd. The current schedule, in light of world events, begins April 15th. They say that they will continue to monitor the situation surrounding COVID-19, and status of their warehouse to keep us updated about changes to this fulfillment schedule.

GamesQuest in the UK games have been confirmed to reach land today and arrive at their warehouse by the 30th. Unfortunately, GamesQuest has closed down for at least three weeks in order to deal with social distancing appropriately. They believe that if they return as planned, this project will begin shipping on May 4th. We will keep you updated on the status of this schedule as well.

VFI in China for Rest of the World Backers, your games are at VFI. They say that they will start packaging next week. They did warn us that Japan has closed down 50% of their air shipments. They will, however, be able to fulfill China, HK and any other backers that are Hub shipments (Rest of the World). They also warned us that based on the current situation, aviation in various countries has been reduced, mainly for medical supplies, so the current freight is having difficulty clearing customs.

German Backers

Here is a message from our German partners:

Dear backers of the Segelschiffära, as the German version of Age of Expansion is referred to. As you have already heard, our product – your product really – is in print and we are preparing transportation from the factory to Germany. We are maintaining steady communication with the team in China and our freight forwarder, to make sure we are navigating through these difficult times smoothly and with as few unforeseen events as possible. At this point we can’t give you a time line but whatever updates we’ll receive from the factory we’ll share with you here. Take care and stay safe.

What's In the News?

Ahoy Backers,

Let's get right down to business.

The Good

Aetherworks in Australia has received your games. They have updated us to tell us that they will begin fulfillment to Australia and New Zealand on March 15th. 

Quartermaster in the US will be receiving your games on March 16th. They have updated us to tell us that they will begin fulfillment to Canada and the US on March 30th. This time around we will be doing the Canadian fulfillment straight from the US, with import taxes prepaid. The good news for Canadians is that QML will be working on your games first. Once the Canadian wave has left the warehouse, they will begin with the US games. This should allow all US and Canadian backers to receive their games at the same time (or at least close). 

GamesQuest in the UK has confirmed that games headed to Europe, including the UK will reach land on March 26th, and arrive at their warehouse by the 30th. They have not told us when they are going to begin fulfillment. But they are all ready with the backer report. So that should happen quickly.

VFI in China for Rest of the World Backers, your games have arrived at VFI. This is great news. I am awaiting confirmation about when they plan to start fulfillment. They have had the backer report for your regions for the entire week. So I imagine it will be happening soon.

Spanish Backers

Your games are on  their way to Spain as we speak. We are awaiting an update from Maldito. But once they get there, they will begin fulfillment.

German Backers

Amazing news for you today! The German files have been submitted and approved for print. This should be happening as we speak. I believe it will be 30 days before the games are ready. But rest assured that the moment they are ready, they will head out to German with great speed. We are awaiting Board  Game Circus and  Frosted  Games plan.  Once we have it, we'll relay it to you. Once again, we want to  thank all of our German language backers from the bottom of our hearts. You have been so incredibly patient through this entire process. We are all lucky to have you as backers.

Retailers

Thank you to everyone who has completed their transactions over the last couple of months. There are still a few of you who have yet to complete your transactions. If you have not, we've been trying to contact you through Kickstarter and through email. This is your final warning that your retailer pledge will turn into a regular pledge and instead of the games you pledged for, we'll be sending you the equivalent of your deposit in Endeavor: Age of Expansions.

Address Changes and BGG's 20 Most Anticipated of 2020

It seems that these updates are coming at you fast and furious. A couple of things have come up over the last few days. Here they are ...

Address Changes

As you know, BackerKit is closed. At this time we can only take address changes through direct message here on Kickstarter. We are happy to change your address. Please keep in mind, there will be a cut-off date (when the backer reports are submitted to the fulfillment partner). And once we say that you can no long change your address, you actually can no longer change your address. 

If you know you aren't going to be around during this time, please give us an address of someone who can receive the game for you. This will avoid making you have to pay extra charges for fulfillment.

Bang Wee has informed me that the office is now back to work, and so are 30% of their factory workers. They will be back at full output by March 2nd. What's even more amazing is that Bang Wee is still paying their workers while they are away during this very difficult time. We are proud to be partnering with such an upstanding company.

Another Shipping Update

Ahoy Backers,

It seems like just yesterday I wrote to you to tell you that the US shipment was still unconfirmed. Well, the good news is that today the shipment is confirmed to have left China!! Yes, it is true!! Here is the  current state of fulfillment for Endeavor: Age of Expansion. 

US/Canada

Shipment due to JAX on Mar. 2nd, and then  due to QML the week of Mar. 9th. 

Vessel - CAPE AKRITAS/2E. (HBL - SSZ120100616)

Fulfillment Timeline

To begin Mar. 17th - Mar. 19th, but they will confirm after the games arrive at QML.

Europe/Central and South America

Shipment was delayed until after the return from the Lunar New Year. It is planned to make next available sailing. Estimated Sailing  date is Mar. 1st, and estimated Port Arrival (SOU) – Mar. 26th!!

Vessel - AL MURAYKH 011W

Fulfillment Timeline

Based on the estimated port arrival we anticipate that fulfillment will begin the week of Apr. 6th – week of Apr. 13th. We will be able to confirm after the games arrive at GQ.

AU/NZ

Shipment should arrive to the Aetherworks warehouse by the end of this week. We will confirm receipt with the Aetherworks team. 

Vessel - COSCO Felixstowe. (HBL - SSZ120100588)

Fulfillment Timeline

We are anticipating fulfillment to begin Feb. 24th – Mar. 6th, but will be able to confirm after the games are confirmed received by Aetherworks.

Asia/Africa/Middle East/Brazil/Mexico

VFI is sending them after workers return to work.
